Hacking Any USB loader with support for Gecko OS gameconfig?

I am attempting to play Balanced Brawl from USB. However, it requires not just a GCT file, but Gecko OS's gameconfig.txt, which Configurable USB loader and Loadstructer both don't support. When I run my legit disc using Gecko with the gameconfig and the Ocarina cheats, it works just fine, but if I try to run the game from USB loader with Ocarina cheats I get a black screen, not even the wrist strap safety screen shows up.

Is there either a loader that supports this, or a way to get these cheats working without the gameconfig.txt?

Supposedly Neogamma R8 was supposed to have Brawl+ or bBrawl on USB, but that probably won't be for weeks.

Will this allow me to keep custom stages? That's the reason I'm using the GCT version to begin with.

edit: THANK YOU! This is exactly what I needed. I still can't get it working with Loadstructor, but it works perfectly with Configurable USB Loader, so I suspect that the problem is on Loadstructor's part. Nonetheless, this is quite nice.
