Gaming any switch owner here (w. TxOS) tried playing cart/eshop game online ?

heya guys was curious if anyone had attempted this and whether your switch has been banned or not.

and sorries if the question was asked before, and from what I've read in many threads it seems like you must get a 2nd switch for online gaming..

but is that really the case? i myself use tx os.
and have nsps installed and played xci few times.

and haven't been banned yet, i keep airplane mode on in cfw.

in ofw i downloaded demos before, tried dbfz/paladins, played them online and i am still not banned.

so i was thinking maybe it is possible to safely play online as long as you are in OFW and are using bought games online?

but with the new fw 6.0 that might completely end the chance right..?

Think you still get ban for stuffs that you didn't legally purchase, so going online with xci/nsp installed on your system, will still get you ban.

sorry my bad i meant "legit purchased" games.

wish it was possible to change the title.
maybe a mod could?

i forgot to add legally purchased next to cart/eshop.

I think you would still get ban if you have XCI/NSP installed on your system, even if you don't play them.

so the risk is basically still there.

that's what i read elsewhere too , safest is just to get a second switch.

Yea it is best to get a second unit to either to use it for online or hacking only, remember that on the 3DS 11.8 Network Installation Manager implementation change were base off the switch, so if it detect something not legally purchased you get ban, there has been rumor that some people that purchase a lot digital content get away with it.

Welp. Guess you have been lucky. But people have to understand that if you have installed NSP and went online you WILL get banned for sure, it's a matter of time.
