Hacking Question Any status on XCI-loader on free CFW

Hi Everyone!
My question is simply if there is any status on loading XCI-files?
Not necessary an ETA, just wanna know if and who is working on it.
I know you can convert and install them as NSP's but i'm really after the drag and drop function and the small chance of it being less ban-risk.

I know for sure ReiNX is working on a way to get this implemented! Not time-frame tho, but we can rest assured they will bring the goods!

I was also asking if someone was working on it, so I can follow that person instead of reading this forum 400 times a day to try to keep up.
You are one of the few I trust in here, so if you don't know anyone, then probably noone is =)
