Hacking Any special precautions for updating emunand on GW firmware?

I've been out of the scene for over a year and my emunand on my GW is 9.5.0-22U, is there any special that needs to be done to update to the latest one, does it need to be incremental or can you go straight to the latest one, its simply updating from system settings in the emunand right? O3DSXL if its relevant.

All you gotta do is grab the latest launcher.dat from the site. Then you'll be safe to update.
