Hacking Any possible way to mod a Wii without Wiimote?

So I just found my old Wii and decided I really wanna homebrew it. Problem is I cant find my Wiimote. So my question is simple; is there any way possible to homebrew my Wii without the Wiimote. I do have a GC controller but every method of modding I've come across requires the system version or access to the Internet, seen as I got my Wii around 2010 I'm pretty sure I'm running 4.3. Anyone care to help?

Actually you could boot a disc based exploit game, like super smash bros, and have it launch casper to load an emulated Nand via neek. It sounds complicated but just use Modmii's abstinence wizard, it simplified the process big time.

Im pretty sure this should work without needing a wiimote.
