Homebrew Question Any pokemon bank for all games from emulator?

Let me explain
I am playing all Pokemon games on retroarch (Red/Blue/Gold/Silver/FireRed/Emerald/...) and i need to find a way to keep all my pokemon from all games at the same place.

Is there any tool for PC where I can manage my pokemon from differents games? Like a pokemon bank or something?

PKHeX would let you open the saves from each game and allow you to export them. A bulk Bank-esque way to display a number of pkm files would be interesting though.
