Homebrew Any other way to change language?

Is there any other way to change the language on a Japanese 3ds besides region-changing? If not then I won't bother with it.

Not on a Japanese 3DS, the language is set to Japanese, only way you can change the system language is doing the region change.

Recently, a forum in our country found a way to change the system to simplified Chinese or traditional Chinese
It can even change the region, but it can only be changed into Chinese
