Any other GC emulator for Windows 10 or High Sierra?

I said other than dolphin. I tried that already and it didn’t work, but thanks for that.

There's no other Gamecube/Wii emulator that even comes close to Dolphin's level of compatibility and performance. Try following the guide again since I've had no issues with it and I'm running on Windows 10.
