Hacking Any other DS Rom Pack and unpacker?

I have no idea how to use NDSTool(pops up black screen which quickly closes)

NDSLazy/Buff- I can't initialize them properly, that's what my PC says.

ndstool must be run from a command prompt. Go to Start, then Run, and type cmd to get to it.

DSLazy uses the .NET framework (available from Microsoft's website), and I'd imagine this "Buff" program uses it as well.
