Any Metal Gear Ac!d cwcheats?

just wondering if there is a way to get minimum turn points so the cost doesnt blow up for your character, not at 0 as itll be boring but like 4 or 5 would help, using weapons sometimes you hit 15 and above and like 9 characters ahead of you moving it slows the game too much. And that annoying powerplant level is horrible to stealth its better to go guns blazing and clear the path to reach the checkpoints but you just keep getting killed. If not an infinite health cheat would help
