Using ReiNX, some games are not working (NSP installed like Xenoblade, Diablo, NES Online). Some of them are working though (Just Dance 2019, Dragon Ball FighterZ).

The fix should be out soon, but if you want to play your NSP's, I recommend you use ChoiDujourNX to downgrade back to 6.0.1
I did that a while ago and it's good to go. I'll wait for the fix to go back to 6.1.0

It’s because I know what happens that I did the update. How would I solve some bugs without updating?

This is false. Sleep mode works fine on ReiNX on firmware 6.1. If you accidentally enabled debug mode however, sleep mode will break on 6.1, regardless of whatever CFW you are using.
