Hacking any information on the following dongle would be appreciated

I bumped into one of these at a local swap meet and i picked it up. not even sure if it works. it has an sd card slot, so its safe to assume that i have to install a payload on the microsd? when inserted into a switch with the tinfoil rcm it does nothing at this time.
it looks like the one in the pic below, but i cant find any concrete info on this one.

any info on how to get started would be appreciated.
