Nope. He just has no exploit. He might have a vulnerability that he said works on 10.1 in that old thread but he has no way to access it. So no exploit.

Nope. You require Nintendo's SSL cert, and besides, Process9 does not allow downgrading. There is a trick for this, but you already need AM access.
