I'm new-ish to Wii modding but i'm looking to add more homebrew things or emulators to my Wii. I already have Wiiflow, nintendont, not64, and the homebrew browser but i'm open to suggestions

There's a lot to explore on the homebrew side of the Wii, but it depends on what you want to do with it.

There's a laaarge list of Emulators that open the doors to many systems, such as FceUltra RX, SNES9x RX, Genplus GX, mGBA, and then you have Retro Arch, which is a collection of emulators working under the same "hood".

You have ports of games such as Doom (and other games under that engine), Quake 1 & 2, Duke Nukem 3D, Hexen II, Outrun and more, and also a number of homebrew games you can check.

Some applications I use quite often are these:
GCCM, a Game Cube Memory Card Manager if you use real ones.
Save Manager Gx to do the same for Wii games.
CleanRip, to back up your own GC and Wii discs.

Again, there's a lot to see. You would do well to check Priiloader too, as it can be quite useful and help you out of a number of issues.

Save Game Manager Gx can manage Gamecube Save card and Gamecube Save card .raw images as well. If you do not want to demultiplicate apps you can go with this one. (It can even handle EmuNand !!)
In the same style some will argue that USB Loader GX can dump WII and GC DVD so no need for clean rip, but some will argue CleanRip do a better work, idk if it is true, the choice is yours.

If you're into modifying your wii at a low level I recommand any tiltle deleter v1.1 by bushing to delete titles and ticket and MultiModManager as a wad and Ios installer/manager (but you can mess up very badly your wii with those so...)

If you want some more ressources I have a blog post about it ;)
I especially propagandize for WimmMariokartFun (Best mariokart Hack Rom Ever) and Super Smash Legacy xp Lite (ssbb hack rom)

Oh, and I find Newo Games quite fun to play SynthWave styled homebrew games, very 80's styled ^^
