Because you don't have much coding knowledge, you can check out lua, it is possible to run lua code on the 3ds by installing LuaPlayerPlus.
But to truely answer your question, to make homebrew software, you'll need to learn C/C++.
The reality is that pretty much every 3ds homebrew tutorial out there requires some level of coding knowledge. It will be very difficult without knowing the
basics of C/C++ .
C is a much simpler language than C++, so I would recommend learning it first.
I can't post links yet 'cause my account is still new.
But I trust you know how to use a search engine:
* C-Handbook
* youtube: "C Programming tutorials thenewboston"
Once you have a good understanding of C, the resources I'm linking will be useful
