Anyways, so far there isn't such thing as a english galge on DS, The closest thing you're gonna get is "Sprung" which is basicallly a dating sim but that's pretty much all.

phoenixgoddess27 list all the other games with dating elements so i guess that covers up everything.

I don't think it's the topic, yet some posts that pissed you off, it certainly did so for me.

There's Tokimeki Memorial Girl's Side 3rd Story, I'm translating it to English but it's on hold right now.
My World My Way is kind of like a dating game, I won't spoil it for you.
Rhapsody: a Musical Adventure: Greeeeeaaaaat game, absolutely love it, it's cute and a classic, but it's an RPG for girls.

I'll add more to this list when I go through the saves on my DS.

Hey, I'm a bit late on this topic, but I'd like to share what I've played.

Try the 'Luminous Arc' series. Atlus only made upto 2 English, but its a good game with RPG-Strategy kind of gameplay.

For more serious galges, try 'Love Plus'. They've go English Patches going, but the 'Love Plus +' is a really big file (a whoppin 500+mb).

That's all I know for the DS.

For the PC, I recommend Clannad (Kyou made me cry), Fate/Stay Night (Waah...Saber), Shuffle! (Not really dramatic, though), Tsukihime (Arc...), and Da Capo (Just like Shuffle, isn't really dramatic).
