Hello. I am going on a car trip to the dells. Any good apps for iPad/3ds that use little/no data?

I assume you mean apps which don't need to be online / use less traffic.
If this is the case games like Trainyard (https://itunes.apple.com/de/app/trainyard/id348719156?mt=8) are a good idea...
