The best game's are from Indie Devs (not many 3D platformers though). Most "First party" games were Anime based crap.

I've once thought that Gravity Rush would be a great game, but then the in game camera made me think twice.

Now that SM64 was ported to the Vita, I'd say it's the best one on the console. <-Period

Are there any 3D platform adventure games from indie devs for Vita?

Don't forget all the great PS1 games (series or singles) : Crash Bandicoot, Gex the Gecko, Spyro, Croc, and a lot more

Totally agree, possibly one of the Vita's most unique experiences!

Still on the nostalgia trip : Medievil 1 and 2 on the PSX, and I have just remembered "40 winks" PSX as well, worth checking out!
There's also a number of 3D platformers on the PSP, like Death Jr 1 and 2 but I'm just scratching the surface here :)

Crush was pretty cool. It’s a psp game. It’s a bit like paper mario in the fact that you can change dimensions from 2D to 3D. It’s more of a puzzle game, but it has a platformy vibe.

Counterspy (a vita game) is fun. You infiltrate the enemy base and collect information.
