i was talking about a GAME PATCH not the game its self

Etrian Odyssey V already came out in the west. So EOV already is in japanese and english.
Etrian Odyssey 6/X/Nexus is already out in japanese and will be out in the west as the english version February 5 2019.
Given those facts and the short amount of time until EOX releases in english, you won't get any translation patch as it concerns japanese or english.
If you however meant a translation patch to any other language, please state that.
