I know kernel stuff won't work on ninjahax since its a userland exploit but, is there any userland apps that don't work on ninjahax compared to other exploits like freakyhax or oothax??

As ninjahax is just ported to all the exploits all homebrew should regardless of entry point. The only one i can think of is menuhax and ctr-httpwn because the way the latest menuhax works.

No, everything else is a port from Ninjhax code, so all homebrew launching games and apps use the same parameters. The exception was mentioned above. Menuhax loads into the Homemenu, and while this allows Userland it lacks whatever it's payload lacks, so a while ago there was no audio for certain homebrews unless a previous app had loaded a DSP first (BlargSNES required this for 3DSX). Now that isn't a problem with a DSP dump and a payload prepared to load it. Menuhax is technically not a save exploit like Ninjhax, it's a system application being accessed through a cache error so the payload is rewritten to do this.
