ROM Hack any audio file to hd rumble file converters?

im wanting to try and play a random song through hd rumble but theres like n o converters in existance

also i wanted to see if putting random hex edits would change it so i created an edited mario theme hd rumble which is turned into a joycon seizure machine thing, but i cant upload it because gbatemp wont allow 20mb files

There's one in the official Nintendo SDK but it's probably illegal if you didn't get it from Nintendo and signed all the agreements and whatever

Iirc all games are using the same file type for vibrations for Switch (bnvib). And most of the scene doesn't care much about creating custom vibration files.
