Hacking Any alternate way to put roms on SKY3DS? without DiskWriter.

I am getting cant read card as i put LoZ:MM and MH4U which ran fine until i used private header. Tried Everything possible to Format. These games were updated last nite. May be its my system. But was wondering if i can put games in SKY3DS without DiskWriter it may be an alternative.
