Hacking Any 3ds flashcard supports game cheat now?

I currently have R4i Gold 3DS, it has been almost a year since their last update of 3ds, I still hope they would bring a new update this summer.

However, I am considering to ditch R4i if there is a 3ds flashcard that support ingame cheats
