Went TV shopping a few weeks ago both in store and online and I didn't find any. Honestly, you'd get better results and probably spend less money in total buying either a retrotink 2x-pro or retrotink 5x-pro depending on your budget.
For $140 the 2x-Pro will give the TV a signal it can upscale the rest of the way to 1080p or 4k on its own.
For $325 the 5x-Pro will handle the scaling for you up to 1080p or 1440p in some cases and your TV will simply display what the 5x provides as-is.

Both options are great. I own both devices and am still happy with my use of the 2x-Pro despite having the 5x-Pro around too.
Both have superior analog to digital scaling compared to 90% of TVs these days.
Oh, and the tink 4k is a beast - but if you wanted a $750 accessory for your TV I doubt you'd have asked your question in the first place. :D
