i played every 3d zelda games except WW and theres something i noticed in botw
its the first 3d zelda game that uses color-based ennemies.
noticed the moblin?(i think they are moblin) there are red one and blue ones
blues are more powerful than red.
so far ive only seen those as color based ennemies.
maybe there are more...

have you liked the system of color based ennemies?
i think ive seen three color so far, red blue and gold
many ennemies used them(moblin, araknon, octorok, and more)

lol, been like this since nes days with Zelda link to the past.
There was some green ones and blueish purple ones that where harder.

I think most zelda games have this it might not be there full color but something else on them

i was talking about 3d games, i know most 2d games does it

Not the first 3D Zelda to do it. Ocarina of Time. Wolfos and White Wolfos. Deku Scrub and Mad Scrub. Various Bubbles.
really? I though they were all the same difficulties

Back in the day that was usually not the case since games were very limited in terms of size and processing.
Now it is, but it seems to me more of a throwback to the original Zelda, where blue enemies were stronger than their red variants.

Bubbles, Darknut, Goriya (the boomerang throwers), Keese, Lanmola, Leever, Lynel, Molblin, Octoroc, Tektike, Wizzrobe. And probably more

I was talking about 3d games
those in OoT, iirc, even if they were different in color, they were the same strengh
I know that 2d games are using this system

No, they were different strengths. The thing is, the difference in strength was not as much with OoT as it was with Wind Waker, Twilight Princess, or Skyward Sword. Based on sword damage numbers, the Master Sword is stronger than the Kokiri sword, so enemies HAD to be stronger to even be the same difficulty, and if you fought the same enemy as Child Link, you were in for a longer fight.

Not the first, not the last. Every 3D Zelda has done this massively. If you didn't notice the difficulty, it's because you're used to beating them up and aren't noticing it.
