Another Computer problem.

Anyone know how to permanently disable/remove the explorer bar pane in windows XP explorer. I have been searching for 2 hours and can not find a answer. If i press the x it goes but next time i open a window it is back thanks Lee79

Up in the toolbar, go to View-> Explorer bar -> Folders. Uncheck Folders.

man i have good advice, get yourself "total commander", you will discover new world of fast nad easy searching for files in sh%%y windows

I have tried that but if i close the window the next time i open one it comes back.
