Homebrew another browser hax serverr?

Is there currently any other browser hax server online as Pluto's is down or is there a self hosting method

This has been reported SO MANY times and everytime someone links to an alternative link.

"BROWSERHAX:

NOTE: Browserhax was patched with Firmware Version 11.1.0-34X!

What you need:

• This ZIP-file: http://smealum.github.io/ninjhax2/starter.zip
• Access to your Internet Browser

Let's Go:

• Put the content of starter.zip on the root of your SD Card
• (IF YOU ARE ON FIRMWARE VERSION 10.7.0-32X OR BELOW, DO THIS: Open the System Settings of your 3DS and set the Date to January 1, 2000 and the Time to 00:00)
• Open the browser, go into Browser Settings and Initialize the savedata
• Open the browser again and enter one of the following URLs:

http://browserhax.dahou.se/
http://plail.ueuo.com/3dsbrowserhax_auto.php

• You should be able to use browserhax as usual"
