This is a rop chain, not an exploit, but someone could make one with it.
This has nothing to do with kernel access, but people are speculating that this is a piece to yellows8's "puzzle", and will eventually lead to his "private kernel exploit" to be released.

arm11 kernel means installation of legit cias and downgrading
arm9 kernel means piracy CFWs and all that cool stuff

With arm9 kernel we have full access over the system, which means we can do anything

Well, if usable by people with O3dses (which seem to be the red headed stepchild of homebrew) it could mean gba speed ups in emulation, installing legit cia's(?) And I think even cfw.

No, Ironhax works fine on 10.0. This has been confirmed sinced it launched.
