It has come to my attention that a new update to 3ds browserhax ROPchain generator has been pushed to the github page with support for up to 9.9 on SKATER and SPIDER.

I have finished reading up on the readme
The hax is not contained there so we only have access to the ROPchain creator
It's still very useful for people looking to mess around and find something

Well this is just nostalgic, I remember when I was a 9.8 noob but had a 9.4 2ds, the exploits were very fun. I'm happy to see the browser exploits return again

Judging by the source page, no. <<may be possible as 10.0 seems to have the same browser version>>
Also I messed up and wrote >=9.9 when it should be <=9.9, hope I can get someone to edit it out.
