only seems to work for first user all other users on switch only money/miles code works for all users

Hi, did someone can confirm we can change the Resident Representativ with this save editor ? ACNH is a mess with the different switch user and i need to transfert user and keep my island to another account..

can't change the representative, its in the beginning stages,so money,miles,bank limit,changing your villagers and adding/removing items

the save editor is not to be put on your switch, its a program on your pc

Yea, I also crafted a new one.

I completely fucked up, it was my main save and I didn't backup it. xD

What did you change using the save editor? maybe you can try to put everything as it was before.

just remove the shovels from your inventory and then add one in another slot and see what happens

Changed bells, miles, name, island name and one item inside my inventory.
(forget that I deleted my backup)

I found an mistake, edited wallet bells to 20000 but maximum is 10000.
Maybe this triggered the glitch?

Okay, I am not getting it un-glitched again ...
Seems like this .NET GUI save editor is doing something weird.

I need to recreate my save now :/

I found in the editor if you try edit items to their max,eg. wood=30 the item gets set to 1 ingame but if you then go back into the editor it says 30. Same with any other item like trying to set nook mile tickets and stuff to something absurd sets it to 1 but the editor says otherwise

It seems that when I change my player-villager names in NHSE the name isn't being changed on my passport but when talking to npc's they'll still use the new name, has anyone else noticed this or have I just broken something on my end?

If you change your island name back, maybe that will fix the inability to dig. A person in another thread mentioned the game stopped recognising them as the owner of the island.

I was thinking that I already did that, but the name I changed back wasn't the original name.
Changing back to the original island name un-glitched it for me, thanks!

Changing names isn't working correctly and not recommended in the current version of this save editor.

Even if you change the resident ID while the house is being built, it still results in the original resident's house being built. I wonder if we can't get a campsite editor? That'd solve the issue.
