I have only done so with a hex editor. Look for "BWAV" header, extract from there until you hit the next BWAV header or the end of the file.
Foobar2000 with the vgmstream can play the BWAV files you extract.

I have had limited success with both VGMToolbox Advanced Cutter using an adapted version of the WiiU FWAV preset and a BOTW Bars extractor script with QuickBMS. I was able to get some files out of both, but they were missing files or included some broken ones.
I don't have much experience with hex stuff myself but I am pretty sure with the right settings it should be possible to batch split them. (But for now I'll go back for some manual labour!)
