I upgraded the game but "Be a Chef! DIY Recipes+" is not showing up in the Nook Miles Terminal. I wait for K.K., but still nothing. Can someone help me?

Make sure you've done both the crafting and customising workshops with Tom Nook in Resident Services.

I upgrade my storage for 3 times and my house has the maximum expansion. Do you mean this?
