If I didn't update to 3.3, but used the shop and IOS updaters, would we still be forced to update when I start playing AC:CF?

Im curios about this as well. Its confirmed it has the update but Im not 100% sure which one it has, 3.3 or something higher. Well find out tomorrow I guess. I'm surprised this hasn't been confirmed yet (that I know of).

Although I reported on my website that certain GameStop stores were selling City Folk early, I do not know if all locations are.

Can anyone tell me if all GameStop locations sell it today? I'm hoping the one in Bear, Delaware does.
