Go into Settings (just regular Android settings), select "Accounts and Sync" and then add a Google account. Then you should be able to access the Market.

Be sure to press sync in the settings.

Alternatively, download (Google it) as an alternative app store (also for cracked apps) but remember to allow non trusted software to be installed somewhere in the Android settings.
Still, you better search for the Android Market (now called Play Store) and download it from there.

I'll be happy to answer any questions you have : )

Well in that case getting Market on your device is probably a case of doing more than just installing an APK. Find a decent guide for your specific device and follow it carefully.

EDIT: It looks like for your device you download this ZIP: http://minus.com/drmqnYLBeOpwH.zip rename it update.zip and put in on the root of your SD card. Then start the application "fwupdate" on the device (should be preinstalled I guess) and choose "update" and let it work. Got this info from here: https://translate.googleusercontent.com/translate_c?hl=en&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dcarrefour%2Bct1002%2Bandroid%2Bmarket%26hl%3Den%26biw%3D1366%26bih%3D667%26prmd%3Dimvnsfd&rurl=translate.google.co.uk&sl=fr&twu=1&u=http://forum.frandroid.com/topic/71015-tablettes-carrefour-ct704-ct1002-roms-developpement/&usg=ALkJrhg9kFS8uzRJRtAtxKH8hDSq3HaKdw

This was a prob for me, try this, sucker

1- log in to your google account on your PERSONAL COMPUTER, NOT ANDROID DEVICE, go to your account settings, under "Security" to the right of "2-step verification" TURN IT ON, THEN to the right of "Authorizing applications & sites" click "edit," and GENERATE APPLICATION SPECIFIC PASSWORD.

This one easy step was the key to solving my issues. It was really really hard for me to figger out myself. Googling my ass off. I am a damn near professional googler.
