Then why on earth did you tell us it's an iPod, they're two completely different things!

(iPod is a brand name, the word you wanted was MP3 PLAYER.)

For help with Creative Zen MP3 players try looking on the Creative support forums, there's tonnes of stuff on there about faults people have with their Zen players and how to recover from them.

Just make sure you actually know what kind of Zen model the player is before you start (look on the products page if you're not sure)
