Gaming An Garda Siochana Ireland’s National Police Service Virus

I want to have information on this virus as it seems very interesting. Also because I am infected with it
I managed to kill off the one process, but when I look online, none of the symptoms, nor the files belonging to it are where they should be. System Shell is still explorer.exe for example. Can anybody help with this? ESET didn't pick it up, and running scans with malware bytes right now.

Also, don't know if it matters but it came up when I came to the motd of a CS:S server.

Also, the main process is called "ciraqiop.exe" and I'm finding it right now.
Malware bytes removed 5 infections, ciraqiop is still there but I'm not getting any more popups. It crashes when I log in, and I killed that process and a couple of others earlier.

This virus is gone, but I still find it an interesting virus. Does anybody have anything to add to this?
