You still shouldn't just say it's legal. Because it's not legal everywhere.I meant below my name.
No one really needs a spill on the law. We all originate from someplace else. This argument will only get worse unless we state our country's laws. The law happend.
This is kind of true, but might not apply globally.Contradiction post. That's exactly what I just said and meant. If I download a ROM, it's illegal. If they investigate my home for this, and I prove I own it, they will leave as it maybe illegal, but also legal in a sense because I already own the game. No law says I must use my own software to dump or obtain it.
Let's not argue. I meant in what's legal in all of Canada. Or at least which part I'm from. So, It's still illegal here, but Nintendo's legal info isn't attached to actual laws here. But we can lose all our Nintendo gaming rights from Nintendo. Thus why I own 4 3ds's and 2 2ds's. A ban is permanent. You still shouldn't just say it's legal. Because it's not legal everywhere.
Fair enough. But you should really add "in Canada" whenever you say that.Let's not argue. I meant in what's legal in all of Canada. Or at least which part I'm from. My apologies. I suppose I should've stated this.Fair enough. But you should really add "in Canada" whenever you say that.![]()

Back to the matter at hand; this update. What's going to/ or what is this update patching? Can I update now or is it not out yet...?
As I stated already, I didn't state I'm from Canada. We have different laws than in America. So, I need to apologize to you as well as many others I confused.Well, you gotta admit, they wouldn't be busting down your door unless they have evidence that you are doing something illegal, such as downloading from the internet. The act of downloading ROMs in general is illegal, no matter if you have a physical copy of what you download.
HAVE we even had a confirmation about DeNa's account system in the new update?we don't know anything about it, except for the DeNa thing
My apologies. I suppose I should've stated this.

I'm not liking the term " All ". What is that part even supposed to mean? Be careful, everyone. Nintendo's bricking systems that don't update! XDAccording to Nintendo's website...
