I haven't updated since 9.9 and I refuse to do so, my Wii is fine since I blocked all updates and I won't hack my Wii U any time soon.

I would update to 10.1 before this new update hits... If theres gonna be an exploit for 3DS users >=9.3 its gonna be for 10.1 too

Since the last exploit was found on 9.9, I will keep my system there. Last time someone convinced me to update I ended up loosing out on the 9.2 exploits. I don't plan on making that same mistake again.
