So I bought a outdoor security camera the other day to replace one that that was dying. About a day later I noticed on the camera feed that it was foggy, but not on the other cameras I have set up to the same system.
So I went to checked it and found it somehow had water under the protective lens that covers the camera and the LEDs for night vision.

Anyways I've been contacting the seller on amazon and they've asked me for my name, phone number and address.

Is this normal? They said it was because amazon hid it and they can't see my address.

Hello.😊

No,thats unusal .........but "maybe" ok.

I had an "Case" with Verbatim a few Years ago.
Some DVD-R´s from an 100er Spindle had "Production Errors" (bought via Amazon).
I contacted Verbatim directly (I had bought many DVD-R/CD-R Spindels from Verbatim without and Issues).
So they asked me for my Adress and then they sent me a new, free DVD-R Spindle.

The seller already know I've bought the camera from them.

Yes the camera was sold by this seller but shipped by Amazon. They did tell me that I could keep the camera and that they would send me a new free one.
