Gaming Am I safe?

I mean, I'm downloading a burning games and play them on my 360 ok. But like, some of them say PAL but there Region Free. Is there a problem playing them?

I think you're safe. I've played gta 4 that was region free (although i have a pal 360). But just make sure it's from a reliable source i guess and is not a bad dump? Think that will get ya banned, or if you play a game in your region before it's been released there.

the region is specified ONLY to dictate compatibility with the x360 console. it has nothing to do with detecting whether the game is a backup etc.

what you DO need to worry about is whether they are stealthed. there are hordes of guides to show you how to check this. google and youtube are your friends.

The only thing that should matter is if they are stealthed or not. If it says it's region free for your region (NTSC) then you should be fine even if it is PAL.
