Hacking am i missing some IOS?

hi i updated from 3.1U with HBC, Cios rev9,wiikey to 4.0U without using the downgrader to 3.2, everything seems to work fine, i can use SD channel, my backups, usb channel, but im trying to play excitebots and asks for an update from disc channel, is it because im missing some IOS?

since you updated to 4.0 using wanins updater you would be missing a few..........

new games (both disc and vc/wiiware) need them

For every disk that asks for an update use WUFE to extract them and then install with Wad Manager.

mr kong, would you be kind enough to post a link to the thread on www.yafaze.com/forums that deals with this the issue of mission ios from using wani's updater? I am getting the system update prompt from punchout, and would like to play the game from the disc channel.
