Hacking Alternative to Cleanrip that supports ext2

As I said above, I can't seem to find anything that'll support ext2 or greater on the usb, since I hate ntfs and fat32 I doubt will be AOK for most of the wii games since I'm pretty sure cleanrip will be dumping the full 4.37GiB file.
