Hacking All UWP Apps For Dev Mode

Does anyone here have a modified version of the UWP youtube app that removes ads??

I hate having to be interrupted by ads on xbox youtube app :(.

So, any idea on how the heck to get a working file explorer on Dev mode? I know it was removed like half a year ago, but it would be helpful as I cant seem to use ssh with my console, nor the explorer in the portal. I Would like to tinker around with homebrewed apps on this, but there isn't really a way to mess with files, at least not on the series X for me.
