Hacking All SD Card Apps dissapeared from the 3ds home menu

Hi! After turning on my 2ds, all apps that were on the SD Card dissapeared from the home menu. When I launch Homebrew Launcher (through Rosalina Menu's miscellaneous options) and start FBI and go to titles, they are all there. Does anyone know what happened and knows how to fix this? I can also launch every title through fbi. It just bothers me that they aren't available on the home menu.
Update: I finally fixed it! My solution was following: Systemsettings - Data Management - 3ds Software. I noticed a title containing 0 Blocks of data. It had no name and a question mark symbol as the icon. I'm assuming it's the corrupted title i tried to install. I just deleted it and my titles popped right back up in the home menu!

The last Thing i did before everything disappeared was deleting a cia file (i don't remember what cia, it was a cia of a homebrew application though) because it had an error while installing with FBI. Both Legit and Fbi-installed apps are missing.

I did install it to nand. I don't understand what you mean.

To start a game or an app, you should have icons for every game/app on your home menu. Yeah and those icons went away after deleting a cia file from the SD Card after re-booting.

No man thats not what i mean. I'm meaning when you boot up your 3DS did you have the sd card in the system of out the system

It was in the system and still is. Otherwhise i couldnt start the apps with rosalina menu.

Cuz normaly apps should not disappear from the home menu when you install them (They only can disappear if you go in system settings and delete them)

Or if you don't have the sd card in

Maybe you did delete the games instead of the cias??? Cuz it is also possible in FBI to delete apps just like the system settings, But cuz FBI can be a mess sometimes..... That can happen

could be ticket related. see if the games show up as red in fbi. I think fbi can download the tickets if they're missing. I'm assuming it may have corrupted part of the title database in the ctrnand. there are 6 database files in a folder named dbs iirc, which is in the ctrnand. Thats is also possible the ticket can interfer yes indeed (I had this one time with Sudoku, I Bought that game But CIAngel had installed all tickets thats why i when i got to the eshop i already had it, i used TIKSWEEP To delete all ticket and then the problem was solved (Maybe you can try TikSweep @Nakiy)

I use tiksweep as well to get rid of unused tickets, but I think fbi can do it too, just never tried or learned how.

They are green in fbi. Eshop also tells me that they are installed.

In FBI the only option with tickets is "delete Title and Ticket", which i don't want to do because i dont want fo delete the titles.

If it's a missing ticket issue you can use this homebrew app to fix them. Also you can try and install some new Cia file and see if does appear on the home screen or not.

I don't know at all. To be honest i have no idea how the whole cfw thing works.

I don't think so, but you can manually delete the ticket in FBI if it's still there, just to be sure.
