I tried to delete something in data management and now none of my games are on the home screen. data management shows that the games are still on my sd card but I can't access them. Is there a way to fix this or do i just have to delete everything and start over?

It could be one of two things,
1. Your SD card is dying
2. a bug that can be fixed with a reboot
Try rebooting your system
