0004000000D40400 is the title id of TIKdevil. This along with freeShop, CIAngel, tikShop, and all other homebrew CDN downloaders no longer work because of Nintendo's server side block. tikSweep doesn't download tickets, but that app kinda sucks at deleting tickets.
HOME Menu limitation to watch out for.
If you installed over 300 titles, your HOME Menu icons will disappear. You have to drop below 300 to have them seen. To install more than 300 titles, you'll need to use
3DSBank to switch between multiple
Nintendo 3DS folders.

Moving onto troubleshooting...
- Copy everything off your SD card onto a computer.
- Reformat the card as FAT32 + 32 KB cluster size with Windows File Explorer or guiformat.
- With the card empty, run a Full Write + Verify Test with H2testw. Do not skip this step.
- There is suspicion your card is either fake or faulty.
- If the card passes, delete the *.h2w test files.
- However, if the card reports an error, stop the test. Replace the non-fixable card and go back to step 1 or 2.
A continuous error stream means the card is fake. Your data is corrupted and most likely not recoverable (if any).
5. Put everything back onto the SD card and reinsert into 3DS.
- You may supplement your custom firmware files with the archive found here.
6. Boot to HOME Menu and check if your games are present.
If your card was bad in step 4, and the games are present in HOME Menu...
7A. Attempt to back up the game saves and extdata with
Checkpoint or
JKSM.
8A. Launch all games to verify their integrity. Those that crash require reinstalling the *.cia and restoring the saves + extdata.
Do not reinstall games without first backing the saves+extdata. This will overwrite/delete the progess.
If your card was good in step 4, and the games are missing in HOME Menu...
7B. Go to
System Settings → Data Management → Nintendo 3DS → Software.
- Look for crossed out X's on your games. This means your 3DS semi-recognize these, but the tickets are missing.
8B. If there are X's marked on the titles, use this guide to recover titles, DLCs, updates, saves, and extdata.
If your card was bad in step 4, and the games are missing in HOME Menu...
7C. Attempt step 8B above.
