Yeah it can be done. I would recommend updating to bs9 3ds.guide . But you can also just take everything that says sysnand and and replace it with emunand.

Thought I may as well chime in and say that I successfully used method 2 to unban myself from the lovely May ban wave. Hopefully we can get some sort of spoofing feature in Luma soon so that Nintendo can't see when we're using homebrew apps because having to go offline is annoying.

Yes if you get only error code 002 (the ban that happend a few weeks ago).

All HIS public seeds were banned, not everyone's, doesn't mean it doesn't work, Nintendo is just still banning.

I was only able to unban my console for play online, but still I wasn't possible to change my NNID to access Pokemon Bank and another online services. I read here, there was a user who did know the method, but seems are busy now... and nobody except him was able to find another way?

Yep if you got the Pokemon ban you can't get nnid services back. Unless you figure out a method or talk to the people who know a private method.
