AlertPay Question

When I tried to buy an EZ Flash 3in1 with my $25 Discover gift card, I used AlertPay as a payment method. When i entered the card number it said it doesn't support Discover. I reason I need AlertPay to accept my card is because every other site I go to uses PayPal to process credit cards and I can't do that because the card was a gift. This means that the billing address matched with card does not match my own address. Does anyone know when they will support it? If AlertPay cannot support this or will also do a background billing address check, then I need to find a site which uses credit cards straight up, no PayPal. Sadly this is uncommon. (Someone suggest someplace if you know) I live in CA, USA.
