Short answer: no. These forums don't use HTML.

However, someone's made something that does something similar: http://lastfm.obsessive-media.de/. There's none of the flash stuff, but from what I understand it will update the images based on your top albums from whichever timeframe you pick. Or something. Just be sure to stick to 2 rows only to fit GBATemp's sig height rules

I will bet there is a way to get a different script to run the html code and output an image that is linked to it
