This is just a quick image I mocked up that shows the locations of all missable Memory Up location in Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth and Hacker's Memory. This does not include the Memory Ups you get by doing the story line or red colored (important) quests. Here's a preview of how it looks on the Switch:

This image is signed to appear in the Album app even on non-hacked Switch's. Just download the attached ZIP and extract contents to your microSD card. Image will be sorted under "Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth Complete Edition" when sorting by game. It will appear at the bottom, under any personal screenshots or videos.

Which leads me to believe the statistic is somewhat skewed.
